1. Detox smoothie
Smoothie is a special beverage which is very essential and effective if one wants to get rid of body detox. The green detox smoothie is suitable for this. It helps improve appearance of the skin and makes it glow. The ingredients needed to prepare this recipe are pineapple, banana and spinach. Just mix them together using a blender. A protein powder can be added for the flavor.

2.Oatmeal
It is one of the best recipes for a glowing skin. The ingredients you are going to need: fresh blackberries, rolled oats, baking powder, ginger/cinnamon (ground), sea salt, eggs, milk, vanilla extract, maple syrup, pumpkin seeds, pecans/hazelnuts and sunflower seeds. Take a bowl and mix the following ingredients together: rolled oats, cinnamon/ginger, salt and baking powder; add the mixture over the blackberries. Sprinkle the seeds on top and cook in the preheated oven, until they are golden brown. Serve with maple syrup.

3. Acia bowl
Acid bowl is in the list of most advantageous food. Variety of fruits and veggies can be added making sure they are very nutrient rich so that all these nutrients reach the skin. The Ingredients needed are acai smoothie pack (unsweetened), pumpkin cubes (organic), papaya, banana, maca, pumpkin spice and almond milk. Desired toppings can also be added such as blueberries, banana slice, papaya etc. Acai bowl is guaranteed to be delicious.

4. Green grain bowl
This beauty recipe is filled with healthy and fresh veggies and it gives youthful appearance to the skin. Ingredients needed to make this recipe are zucchini, olive oil, salt & fresh ground pepper, brown rice/quinoa, lemon juice & zest, sautéed greens, avocado, pumpkin seeds and red chili flakes. Mix it and serve it. This recipe will also help in removing body detox.

5. Fruit salad
A fruit salad is the best recipe for the skin. It helps to enjoy increased intake of nutrients. Fruits are antioxidants which protect the skin from harmful rays. Ingredients needed for this recipe are blueberries, blackberries, plums, nectarines/peaches, bee pollen and honey. Cut the fruits into slices and arrange them in a bowl. Serve and enjoy.
